My passion for cooking, which I have been able to deepen over time thanks to important personal and professional experiences, coupled with the curiosity of experimenting and changing new recipes to discover new dishes, can be a great occasion to be shared around a nice table with friends , relatives and why not ... unknown, with which to create new pleasurable knowledge and curious social eating.
And what's the best restaurant in the house ... ... where nothing hurts and is fast and does not go down to dinner alone.
That's why I chose to offer this opportunity to my guests: a good aperitif in the old kitchen of the mansion, dinner in the fireplace room and coffee in the conversation room where you can finish the evening.
About me
In short, this is my philosophy: a good dinner and a chance to stay in the company, "itinerant" inside a pleasant historic home of the Medici family.
A different approach geared not only to good cooking, but not only to the choice and processing of raw materials, always in season, to the care of the carefully crafted table, with attention to the smallest details, but also to the sharing of a particular moment, an unusual evening, to be remembered with pleasure ...
